The subject of the contract is covered by the use of all municipal waste, in particular from Group 20 and waste of Group 15 01- including selectively accumulated municipal packaging waste and 17 - Waste from construction, repair and dismantling of facilities construction and road infrastructure (including soil and land from contaminated sites), 16 06 - batteries and batteries, 16 01 03 spent tires, 19 12 waste

from mechanical treatment of waste (e.g. manual treatment, sorting, crushing, granulation) not included in other groups.

The development of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Szaflary, inter alia:

all municipal waste, in particular of Group 20 and waste belonging to waste of Group 15 01- including selectively accumulated municipal packaging waste and 17 - Waste from construction, repair and dismantling of building facilities and road infrastructure (including soil and land from contaminated areas), 16 06 - batteries and batteries, 16 01 03 spent tyres, 19 12 waste from mechanical waste treatment (e.g. manual treatment, sorting, crushing, granulation) not included in other groups

(a) Other (hereinafter referred to as residual) municipal waste and mixed municipal waste code 20 03 01 01, ash code 20 01 99 in an estimated quantity of 1240 tonnes combined - this waste will be supplied in black bags; biodegradable waste 20 01 08 and green waste code 20 02 01 01 01 01 01 01 in total. an estimated quantity of a total of 150 tonnes - this waste will be supplied in brown bags.

In the event of amending the provisions of the law or the Rules of Procedure of the Municipality of Szaflary, the Contractor reserves the possibility of delivering waste in bags of a different color and the possibility of separating the waste supplied, according to another statement of waste codes and/or division into fractions.

(b) Separated waste in an estimated quantity:

- paper and paperboard (waste code 15 01 01) in quantity of 34 tonnes,

- mixed packaging waste (waste code 15 01 06) in a quantity of 440 tonnes,

- glass packs (waste code 15 01 07) in quantity of 200 tonnes,

- plastic waste (excluding packaging) (waste code 02 01 04) in a quantity of 45 tonnes,

- leaded batteries and batteries (waste code 16 06 01), nickel-cadmium batteries and batteries (waste code 16 06 02), batteries containing mercury (waste code 16 06 03), alkaline batteries (waste code 16 06 04), other batteries and batteries (waste code 16 06 05) in a quantity of 0,2 tonnes,

- consumed electrical and electronic equipment (waste codes: 20 01 35, 20 01 36) in a quantity of 0,2 tonnes,

- large-sized waste (waste code 20 03 07) in a quantity of 216 tonnes,

- textiles, clothing (waste codes 15 01 09, 20 01 10, 20 01 11) in the amount of 0,2 tonnes,

- consumed tyres (waste code 16 01 03) — 30 tonnes

- construction and demolition waste which has arisen as a result of small construction or repair works not requiring a construction permit or a declaration of intent to carry out works to the architectural and construction authority code:17 01 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 02, 17 04 11, 17 06 04, 17 08 02, 17 09 04 in the quantity of 1 ton

- hazardous waste arising in households i.e. expired medicines, chemicals, paints, plant protection products, detergents, fluorese/bulbs with codes: 20 01 31, 20 01 32, 20 01 21, 20 01 33, 20 01 13, 20 01 14, 20 01 15, 20 01 19, 20 01 27, 20 01 29, 15 01 10, 20 01 21 in quantity 0,2 tons

c) The above waste will be supplied in accordance with the Rules of Maintenance of Purity in force within the Municipality of Szaflary, broken down by fractions: yellow bags - metals and plastics, blue bags - paper, green bags — glass, brown bags — biowaste, black bags — other waste after segregation of so-called residual.
