The reason for this tender is that the agreement with the current supplier for the catering in the NOS buildings will expire on 29.2.2020. For tendering the catering for a non-public European tender, by means of Best Value, the contracting authority has to select the most suitable supplier with maximum transparency. Candidates are expected to be prepared to follow this method.

Best Value is a method whereby no traditional PvE and specifications will be delivered by the Contracting Authority.

The Agreement concerns a period of one (1) year with three (3) times the possibility of an extension of two (2) years and then the possibility of an extension of one (1) year. The maximum contract duration is therefore eight (8) years.
