One Housing Group is a establishing a Dynamic Procurement System for the tendering of electricity and gas supply contracts. Each lot is for the supply of energy to the sites of One Housing Group and Contracting Authorities who become Authorised Purchasers of the DPS (as defined in the DPS Agreement).

Lot 1 is for the procurement of HH Supplies to the sites of One Housing Group and Authorised Purchasers of the DPS (as defined in the DPS Agreement).

The DPS defines the basic priniciples for requirements relating to billing and payment terms. Any specific requirements will be defined at mini competition stage as defined within the DPS Agreement.

Lot 2 is for the provision of NHH Electricity Supplies to the sites of One Housing Group and Authorised Purchasers of the DPS (as defined in the DPS Agreement).

The DPS defines the basic priniciples for requirements relating to billing and payment terms. Any specific requirements will be defined at mini competition stage as defined within the DPS Agreement.

Lot 3 is for the provision of Unmetered Electricity Supply Contracts (UMS) to the sites of One Housing Group and Authorised Purchasers of the DPS (as defined in the DPS Agreement).

The DPS defines the basic priniciples for requirements relating to billing and payment terms. Any specific requirements will be defined at mini competition stage as defined within the DPS Agreement.

Lot 4 is for the supply of gas to the sites of One Housing Group and Authorised Purchasers of the DPS (as defined in the DPS Agreement).
