The service includes all the consulting and technical assistance activities required by the Port Authority of Avilés for the fulfillment of its functions of control of the execution of the works that are being carried out or are planned to be carried out during the period of validity of the contract, as well as the review of the construction projects, both in the drafting process, as informing the final supervision of the same prior to its final approval, necessary to proceed with its tender.

This contract does not imply the acquisition by the Port Authority of Avilés of a commitment to supervise all the projects of works or actions that it will execute in a certain period, nor of surveillance of all the works that it executes. The Port Authority reserves the right to commission these support works, during the term of this contract, through other contracting files, if it deems it appropriate.
