1. The subject of the contract is the granting, together with the servicing of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 4,400,000.00, intended for financing the planned budget deficit

. 2. The loan will be taken for a period of 10 years 3. The loan will be secured by a blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration in favour of the lending bank. 4. Repayment of the loan quarterly - first installment - I quarter of 2024, last installment - II quarter of 2033 (38 installments). 5. The grace period for repayment of the loan shall be determined until 31.03.2024. 6. The Ordering Party requires that the amount of installments (without interest) be fixed. 7. It is possible not to use the full amount of the loan and the possibility of early repayment of all or part of the loan by the Ordering Party at convenient times. In this situation, interest on the loan will be charged only on the unpaid amount. The Contracting Authority shall be exempt from any encumbrances in this respect for the benefit of the Contractor. 8.
