This service contract relates to the appointment of a project author for the development of the Low-Line project and the transversal to the tram.

This is a service contract for the development of the project related to the ERDF programming 2021-2027, axis 5 concerning the realization of the Low-line project, soft mode link, between Herstal station and the ACEC site as well as the realization of transversal from this Low-line to the new tram link or in connection with the RaVEL of the waterfront and line 76 in Herstal.

This contract is further detailed under Title III relating to the description of the technical requirements.
