In accordance with articles L. 2124-1 and L. 2124-2 of the public procurement code, this consultation has gone through a formalized procedure (open call for tenders). The framework agreement is broken down into two lots. The number of candidates selected in the framework agreement is a maximum of three for each lot. In accordance with article R. 2162-2 of the public procurement code, the multi-beneficiary framework agreement will give rise to the conclusion of subsequent contracts. By nature, the projects that may be entrusted to the holders of this framework agreement may be of very different dimensions and complexity. A ceiling price schedule will indicate the ceiling amounts on which the candidates commit for each assignment (complexity levels from 1 to 5). During each subsequent contract, the candidate will have to adapt his flat-rate proposal by committing to propose an amount equal to or lower than this ceiling schedule.
Lot 1 concerns Project Management Assistance (AMO) missions for carrying out pre-operational studies concerning construction, renovation, rehabilitation of buildings, equipment and public spaces.
Amount:
Lot 1: multi-contractor framework agreement with subsequent contracts without a minimum / with a maximum set at EUR 300,000 excluding VAT per year.
Lot 2 concerns Project Management Assistance (AMO) missions for carrying out pre-operational studies concerning urban programming missions.
