Development of new sports campus for IT Carlow at Mortarstown, Kilkenny Road, Carlow.

The works will be delivered over 2 separate phases. This pre-qualification competition is for Stage 1 only and the works in Phase 1 consists of the following:

— 1 x grass GAA pitch,

— 1 x all weather GAA pitch,

— 2 x grass rugby pitches,

— 2 x grass soccer pitches,

— car park, access roads, footpaths, new entrance and walking track,

— associated site works, services and landscaping.
