A Framework Agreement (the Agreement) for Flexible Procurement and Supply of Natural Gas Product Class 1, 2, 3 and 4 with Additional Services. Additional Services consisting of provision of Green Gas, Automatic Meter Reading (AMR), Gas Purchase Agreements (GPA) and Energy Services.

The procurement and supply of Natural Gas Daily Metered and Non-Daily Metered including Product Class 1,2,3 and 4. Optional Additional Services:

— green gas,

— AMR,

— gas purchase agreements,

— energy services.

This Lot 1 will be awarded to the first place Supplier based on Most Economically Advantageous Tender.

Additionally a Framework of up to 4 Suppliers will be established with direct award or mini tender used for any future awards needed to meet the requirements of sub-groups.

This Lot 2 will establish a Framework of suppliers with individual requirements placed using either direct award or mini-competition with the option to negotiate. The Contracting Authority and/or Participating Authority reserve the right to seek verbal or written clarification, representation or negotiation in order to assess the capability and suitability of Suppliers placed on Lot 2 to deliver the Service Requirements as specified by the Contracting Authority and/ or Participating Authority.
