1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of unsegregated (mixed) and segregated municipal waste from the area of the Biecz commune in 2023.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements for the Contractor is specified in Annex 1 to SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract ("OPZ") together with the following annex to it:

1) Schedule for the receipt of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and biowaste from property owners on which residents reside,

2) Schedule for the receipt of municipal waste collected selectively from property owners on which residents reside,

3) Schedule of collection of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste from the owners of real estate on which residents do not live,

4) Schedule of collection of municipal waste collected in a selective manner from the owners of real estate on which residents do not live,

5) List of street baskets,

(6) List of separate collection points (List of 'nests')
