This contract concerns the supply of polyethylene bags for the selective collection of the PMD Group (plastic packaging, metal packaging and beverage cartons) (hereinafter referred to as the “PMD bags”) (hereinafter the 'Command '). This selective collection takes place within the framework of a Fost Plus project with a view to implementing the Cooperation Agreement of 4.11.2008 on the Prevention and Management of Packaging Waste (hereinafter the 'Cooperation Agreement').

The tenderer (hereinafter the “Supplier”) undertakes to deliver the following items in the context of this Assignment:

— 60 litre PE bags (Dutch printing) with wavetop closure in 20 bags rolls,

— 60 litre PE bags (bilingual printing Dutch—French) with wavet lock in rolls of 20 bags,

— 100 litre PE bags (Dutch printing) with wavetop closure in 20 bags rolls,

— 100 litre PE bags (bilingual printing Dutch—French) with wavet lock in rolls of 20 bags,

— 120 litre PE bags with wavet confinement in 20 bag rolls.

The tenderer (hereinafter the “Supplier”) undertakes to deliver the following items in the context of this Assignment:

— 60 litre PE bags (Dutch printing) with wavetop closure in 20 bags rolls,

— 60 litre PE bags (bilingual printing Dutch—French) with wavet lock in rolls of 20 bags,

— 100 litre PE bags (Dutch printing) with wavetop closure in 20 bags rolls,

— 100 litre PE bags (bilingual printing Dutch—French) with wavet lock in rolls of 20 bags,

— 120 litre PE bags with wavet confinement in 20 bag rolls.

The expected quantities to be delivered over a period of approximately one year are:
