The offer must be 48 months IBM maintenance 24/7 on site for hardware and software, the service must be provided by an IBM Technical Advisor (TA).
Service/commissioning
The two IBM 7300 NVMe flash systems with 4 SVC nodes must be set up and commissioned at the two locations.
