RDW in Chełm. Winter road maintenance services in the seasons 2023/2024, 2024/2025 and 2025/2026
- Task No. 2: Execution of the contract consisting in combating slippery slopes and clearing snow from provincial roads No. 829, 837, 838, 842 and 846 in the Road Circuit in Krzczonów, from the dispatch point - the seat of the Road Circuit in Krzczonów.
Task No. 2: Performance of the contract consisting in combating slippery conditions and clearing snow from provincial roads No. 829, 837, 838, 842 and 846 in the Road Circuit in Krzczonów, from the dispatch point – the seat of the Road Circuit in Krzczonów in accordance with the following bill of quantities:
1. Maximum operating hours of equipment in one season:
1) Sandblaster-salter with a capacity of min. 5m3 with its own drive (motor) and transport carrier with axis drive min. 6x4, with side front snow plough (Contractor's equipment) - 300 hours
2) Sandblaster with a capacity of min. 5m3 with its own drive (motor) and transport carrier with axis drive min. 6x4, with side front snow plough (Contractor's equipment) - 300 hours
3) Sandblaster-salter with a capacity of min. 5m3 with its own drive (motor) and transport carrier with axis drive min. 6x4, with side front snow plough (Contractor's equipment) - 300 hours
4) Transport carrier with min axis drive. 6x4, with a side front snow plough with the possibility of installing a self-propelled sandblaster (motor) belonging to the Ordering Party (carrier - Contractor's equipment, sandblaster and salter – Ordering Party's equipment) - 300 hours
5) Carrier (load capacity 7.5-11.9 t) with drive on two or more axes with the possibility of mounting a medium front side plough belonging to the Ordering Party (carrier – Contractor's equipment, plough – Ordering Party's equipment) - 150 hours.
6) Carrier (load capacity 7.5-11.9 t) with drive on two or more axes with the possibility of mounting a medium front side plough belonging to the Ordering Party (carrier – Contractor's equipment, plough – Ordering Party's equipment) - 150 hours.
7) Heavy front plough "spike" with carrier (load capacity min. 12t) with drive on two or more axles (Contractor's equipment) - 50 hours
8) Heavy front plough "spitz" with carrier (load capacity min. 12t) with drive on two or more axles (Contractor's equipment) - 50 hours
9) Bucket loader min. 2,5 m3 (Contractor's equipment) - 80 hours
10) Grader (Contractor's equipment) - 90 hours
2.The Contractor under Task No. 2 shall provide the equipment necessary to provide services according to the above list, taking into account that the Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor with the following accessories as part of the performed task:
- solarko-piaskowka - pcs. 1
- medium front side plough – pcs. 2
in accordance with the provisions in bills of quantities of services to be mounted on the Contractor's carriers.
3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the scope of the order and change the maximum number of contracted hours between individual equipment units according to the actual needs resulting from the prevailing weather conditions or the condition of the surface of provincial roads, without changing the maximum remuneration, as part of the Task. The above change does not require the conclusion of an annex to the contract.
4.Before the beginning of each season, the Contractor is obliged to make available to the Contracting Authority or persons indicated by him, motor vehicles-carriers on which sandblasters / salters will be mounted, in order to install devices for the location of satellite equipment (GPS) and each time ensure the possibility of replacing the damaged GPS device. From the moment of installing GPS devices in motor vehicles, the Contractor is obliged to keep GPS devices in a non-deteriorated condition, protect them against destruction or damage and protect them against unauthorized access.
