Tornberget has taken over operation and maintenance within property boundaries for all day and wastewater pipes in properties that Tornberget manages and owns. Farm wells, sand traps and the like located within property boundaries are also included. Periodic maintenance of wells and pipes is included for all properties. Maintenance includes flushing, sludge suction and filming with required periodicity and when needed. Relining services may also occur to a lesser extent.

The scope of the framework agreement is set out in its entirety in the documents listed below. In the event of any conflicts, the documents shall prevail in descending order unless the circumstances clearly require otherwise.

1. Written amendments and additions to this Framework Agreement

2. This Framework Agreement including annexes

3. Orders/call-offs against this Framework Agreement

4. Procurement documents with accompanying appendices and questions and answers communicated by the Purchaser during the tender period

5. Tender dated 2023-XX-XX with any additions received by the Ordering Party
