The subject of the contract includes the collection of the so-called movable floor by vehicles, transport and management of waste generated at the Waste Management Plant in Korczów near Biłgoraj with code 19 12 12 (over-sieve fraction), i.e. – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11 coming from: sorting plastic packaging with code 15 01 02, sorting of mixed packaging waste with code 15 01 06, sorting of unsegregated municipal waste segregated from waste with code 20 03 01, mechanical treatment of bulky waste with code 20 03 07.The ordering party did not conduct research on calorific value, humidity and chlorine and ash content in waste covered by the subject of the tender procedure. The Ordering Party provides for settlements in the one-month system for the performance of services during the entire period of the contract. Payment -14 days

Amount of approx. 8000 Mg. Estimated number of waste shipments with code 19 12 12 within 1 month approx. 35 transports depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party reported to the Contractor. In order to report the need and quantity of waste shipments with code 19 12 12, the Ordering Party shall notify transports via e-mail to the Contractor's e-mail address. In the event of any changes, the Ordering Party shall notify the Contractor via e-mail to the Contractor's address about changes in the frequency or quantity of waste transports. Loading will be carried out from 7:00 to 15:00. Loading at other times by prior arrangement. The Ordering Party stipulates that in the event of a failure at ZZO Korczów there may be a need to suspend the delivery of waste with code 19 12 12 until further notice. The Ordering Party reserves that the given quantity is an estimated quantity determined on the basis of the Ordering Party's previous experience in the subject of the contract, illustrating the possible size of the scope of the subject of the contract and which may be helpful at the stage of preparing the offer. However, the Ordering Party does not declare the execution of the order up to the full amount of the specified amount of waste. The final amount of waste does not depend on the forecasts of the Ordering Party.

The Contracting Authority declares the execution of the contract up to 50% of the amount of waste separately in each part I or II. The Ordering Party will not be obliged to perform the contract up to the full amount of the specified number of components in the scope of PART I and exceeding the above-mentioned quantities will not entitle the Contractor to cease further performance of the subject of the contract or to change the price.

The given amounts of waste in the scope of each part I and II are estimates and the Ordering Party reserves the right to generate less waste at any time during the term of the contract. NOTE - The Ordering Party reserves that the given quantity is an estimated quantity determined on the basis of the Ordering Party's previous experience in the subject of the contract, illustrating the possible size of the scope of the subject of the contract and which may be helpful at the stage of preparing the offer. However, the Ordering Party does not declare the execution of the order up to the full amount of the specified amount of waste. The Contracting Authority shall declare the execution of the order up to 50% of the volume of waste separately in each Part I or II. The Contracting Authority shall not be obliged to fulfil the order up to the full amount of the specified quantity of components in the scope of Part I and Part II, and exceeding the above specified quantities will not entitle the Contractor to cease further execution of the object of the contract or to change the price.

For PART II of the order – about 4 transports depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party reported to the Contractor. In the event of any changes, the Ordering Party shall notify the Contractor via e-mail to the Contractor's address about changes in the frequency or quantity of waste transports.
