Delivery and introduction of an image and diagnostic documentation system

ANregiomed is an association of the Ansbach, Dinkelsbühl, Rothenburg and Feuchtwangen clinics and a joint municipal company of the city of Ansbach and the district of Ansbach.

A total of 655 planned beds are available for the treatment of acute inpatients. Around 2,500 employees work in the main departments and the inpatient departments to treat 28,077 acute inpatients and 44,280 outpatients annually.

The subject of the procedure is the delivery and introduction of an image and findings documentation system in all facilities of the client.

The procurement project is intended to ensure stability, capacity, future-proofing, high availability and reliability of a central image and diagnostic documentation system (BBDS) for endoscopy, ultrasound and other imaging systems, including the connection to the company-wide PACS. In the future, all endoscopy units listed below will be connected to the BBDS, the images and, if necessary, videos will be transferred to the PACS system via DICOM and the findings will be transferred to the archive. Another core requirement is the high level of integration into the IT system landscape of ANregiomed gKU with an IHE-compliant connection.

- Bringing about the operational readiness of the entire system in the overall network of the client by setting up, installing, customizing and integrating all system components including connection/integration KIS/KAS of the CLIENT on the basis of international standards

- Connection / integration of the relevant subsystems based on international and interoperable standards

- Implementation of the listed project management services

- Implementation of the listed training courses

- Creation and updating of the required documentation

- Provision of system services for the entire system

A project-specific EVB IT system contract is concluded for procurement. The corresponding draft contract shall be attached to the tender documents for the initial tender and may be made the subject of the procurement negotiations by the contracting authority.
