The Ordering Party shall indicate the following parts of the

— Part 1 — Warsaw,

— Part 2 — Pawnki,

— Part 3 — Katowice.

Detailed OPZ is located in SWZ. The object of the order is: 24/7 physical protection of the grounds, facilities and premises of the Institute of Building Technology located in 3 locations. The Contracting Authority shall require that the order be implemented within 24 months from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than for:

— Part 1 — Warsaw area — from 1.8.2021,

— Part 2 — Pionki area — from 1.8.2021,

— Part 3 — Katowice area — from 22.7.2021.

1. 24/7 physical protection of the grounds, facilities and premises of the Institute of Construction Technology located in Warsaw at 1 Filtrowa Street and Ksawerów Street 21, monitoring of intrusion and seizure signalling systems, fire and gas signalling systems.

2. In particular cases (e.g. the introduction of alarm degrees), the Ordering Party reserves the possibility of requesting the Contractor to increase the cast on the facilities for a remuneration of 1 hour not higher than those indicated in the offer.

3. The Contractor shall at his own expense extrinsic monitoring of alarm signals from all object-oriented alarm systems of the Ordering Party using his own monitoring station and from the points of the celebration control system.

4. External monitoring of alarm signals from all systems of the Ordering Authority shall consist of:

(a) receiving and recording signals from the local alarm system around the clock;

(b) notification of persons and services indicated by the Contracting Authority;

(c) maintenance of the monitoring system.

24/7 physical protection of the site, facilities and premises of the Institute of Construction Technology located in Pionki at 2 Przemysłowa Street, responding to signals from intrusion and seizure signalling systems, fire signalling and gas safety systems.

The area of protection. The facilities of the Institute of Construction Technology in Pionki are located at 2 Przemysłowa Street. The entrance to the ITB site takes place from Przemysłowa Street with two gates, one of which is located on the fire road. The area is fenced entirely by a metal system fence. In addition to the fence on the south side, there is a veneration of the ITB property adjacent to the former Chemomontage enterprise, also under protection. On the east and south sides, it is adjacent to the wooded site of the former Pronit plants and the Rej Company, on the west side by the Industrial Street the Institute of Building Technology is adjacent to the site of the State Fire Department. On the north side, it is adjacent to the office building of the former Chemomontage company (owned by an individual), with the company BATO and the State Fire Department's Stool, a property built up by the hall of Chem-Assembly company. The right to use the access road to their buildings is held by Chem-Assembly, BATO, REJ and PSP.

The main facility located on the ITB site is the Fire Research Laboratory hall. In the office section of the Fire Research Laboratory, at the height of the entrance wicket located half the length of the building from Przemysłowa Street, there is a reception area that serves one of the two security personnel. In the Regulations of the Protection Service, this precinct is designated as “Precinct No 1”. The employee on duty at Precinct 1 is the shift supervisor. At the northern main entrance gate, there is a doorway that is the duty station of the second security worker. In the Regulations of the Protection Service, it is designated as “Precinct No 2”. 1. Protection Area

The facilities of the Institute of Construction Technology in Katowice are located at Korfanty 191.

Entry to the ITB site is from Korfantego Street by one entrance gate and foot traffic by wicket past the gate. From Korfanty, the site is fenced with a fence made of steel spans filled with metal mesh embedded between the posts on a concrete underwall 1.70 m high. The entrance gate is secured by grounding opened remotely by remote control. On the south side (buildings with neighbouring owners), east (no buildings) and partly north (neighbour with buildings), the area is fenced by a concrete fence with a high of 3 to 4.5 m. The remainder of the fence on the north side (neighbour) are concrete spans and netting in the frames up to a height of approx. 1.70 m. On the grounds of the Institute of Building Technology there are two precincts (doorhouses) where the Contractor's guilty employees are housed: one precinct at the entrance gate to the Ordering Party's property (building A), the other precinct in the office building (building E)

The following structures are located on the property: Building E being the headquarters of the Ordering Party, which is divided into an office part — two storeys and a research part — a single storey and two office buildings (A — two storeys and F — three storeys), eight office and warehouse- laboratory (C, C1, K, E, B, G, O, M), nine storage and economic buildings (J, L, D, D1, P, H, I, N, T).

Area of the site and facilities for protection:

— total land area: 56 114,00 m2,

— usable area of buildings: 9 171,00 m2.

Intrusion signalling systems are in the facilities of the Institute of Building Technology:

— an internal and external industrial television system in the form of 25 cameras that supervise the area around ITB buildings,

— acoustic signalling system in office rooms and in 2 ITB research halls,

— fire signalling system in office rooms and in 2 ITB research halls.

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of additional object-oriented intrusion and robbery signalling systems and an industrial television system. Increasing the quantity of object systems is not the basis for the Contractor to change the unit price of the service.
