The Oldenburg-East Frisian Water Association (OOWV) operates, among other things, the Wildeshausen waterworks in the district of Oldenburg, which began operations in 1961.

The OOWV has been recording an increasing demand for drinking water in the southern area of the association for years. Further increases are to be expected in the future. In the future, therefore, full capacity utilization of the plant is to be expected. For this reason, a reconsideration of the required storage capacity at the site took place. The result of this analysis showed a storage volume of up to 18,000 m3 required for the site.

The plan is to build two drinking water tanks with a service house in between. The operating house will house the plant technology (pipes, fittings, pumps, electrical rooms). The drinking water tanks will each have a usable volume of 9,000 m3. As part of this tender, the necessary planning services will be put out to tender.

As part of this award, the following services are awarded:

- Object planning for civil engineering structures Lph 1 - 3, optionally 4 - 9 in accordance with § 43 HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Annex 12, Section 12.1,

- Structural design phases 1 - 3, optionally 4 - 6 in accordance with § 51 HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Annex 14, item 14.1,

- Planning of technical equipment phases 1 - 3, optionally phases 4 - 9 in accordance with § 55 HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Annex 15 number 15.1, plant groups 1, 3, 4 and 7

- Special / additional services for object planning for engineering structures:

-optional: checking and evaluating secondary offers,

-optional: On-site construction supervision of engineering structures as a special service according to HOAI 2021 Annex 12, No. 12.1 to § 43 paragraph 4,

-optional: checking supplements,

-optional: cost control,

-optional: creation of as-built plans,

-optional: creation of the building books,

-optional: monitoring the elimination of defects within the limitation period

-optional: demolition planning (object planning, engineering structures and structural design) of the existing --drinking water tanks,

-optional: On-site construction supervision of the dismantling of the existing drinking water tanks,

-Special / Additional services for structural engineering:

-optional: design and verification of connections in steel construction,

-optional: workshop drawings in steel construction including parts lists, element plans for precast reinforced concrete elements including steel and parts lists,

-optional: structural drawings in reinforced concrete construction, which do not need to be supplemented by the plans of the object planner on the construction site,

-Special / Additional services for planning Technical equipment:

-optional: checking and evaluating secondary offers,

-optional: creation of cross-company operating instructions,

-optional: performance measurement and functional testing,

-optional: updating of the execution plans,

-optional: Creation of interdisciplinary operating instructions (e.g. operating manual, repair manual) or computer-aided facility management concepts,

-optional: creation of a P&I diagram according to DIN EN 62424,

-optional: creation of as-built plans,

-optional: supervise the elimination of defects within the limitation period.
