Skrei Eiendom AS is the builder for "Otolitten" and accompanying infrastructure and outdoor areas in Storvågan in Kabelvåg, hereinafter referred to as the SKREI project. It has been decided by the project owner and future tenant Museum Nord and the builder Skrei Eiendom AS that the SKREI project is to be carried out as an execution contract. The builder hereby invites tenderers to participate in the contest for the role of Builder Representative. This includes assignments within process and project management, safety, health and work environment (SHA) coordination and construction management for all disciplines, as well as coordinating at the construction site on behalf of the builder.
For information, Skrei Eiendom As is wholly owner by Vågen municipality, and the Ownership Department [Eierskapsenheten] for the municipality will be assisting in carrying out this contest.

Skrei Eiendom AS is making this procurement to strengthen its own organisation in the forthcoming work to realise the SKREI project. The purpose is to obtain qualified personnel that can assist in the coming planning and execution phases on behalf of the builder. Skrei Eiendom AS needs to gain access to competence and professional resources.
Tenderers must therefore be able to offer a Builder Representative who will be responsible for process and project management, safety, health and work environment (SHA) coordination and construction management for all disciplines, as well as coordinating at the construction site on behalf of the builder.
It is understood that one of the offered persons shall be made available. The offered resources cannot be replaced without prior approval from Skrei Eiendom AS, and such approval can only be granted if there is a justifiable reason. Replacement of the offered personnel will incur a contractual one-time payment per replacement. Documented illness and pregnancy, including parental leave, which necessitates a replacement are exempted from this liability. Replacement of a resource presupposes that the new resource has the same or better level of competence and experience as the resource that was originally offered.
