the contract covers the provision of services of auditor (full and alternate)

the purpose of this contract is the provision of statutory auditor services (regular and alternate). The services include more specifically:- the certification of the accounts of GIE Sesam-Vitale, - the necessary verifications on the site of GIE Sesam-Vitale, 5 boulevard Marie & Alexandre Oyon in Le Mans (72019), - responses to requests and punctual opinions concerning certain accounting operations;- the diligence of audits and recommendations by one-off missions throughout the year, to ensure its internal control mission in accordance with the requirements of the standards of the profession and the rules laid down by the control and supervisory bodies of GIE Sesam-Vitale, - the presence of the Auditor at the General Meeting for the approval of the annual accounts or at any meeting requiring the need, - the provision of deliverables (engagement letter, audit report related to one-off missions, general report on the annual accounts, and all reports necessary as part of the mission of the Statutory Auditor).
