The object of this contract is the printing, shaping, inserting, packaging and delivery of communication media for the needs of the Community of Communes of the Country of Ancenis (COMPA).

The amount of the services is between a minimum annual amount of EUR 20,000 excluding VAT and a maximum annual amount of EUR 115,000 excluding VAT.

This contract is a framework agreement with order forms which will give rise to the award of a contract to a single operator for the duration of the contract, concluded in application of articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the public order code.

The amount of the services is between a minimum annual amount of EUR 20,000 excluding VAT and a maximum annual amount of EUR 115,000 excluding VAT. As an indication, provisional start date for services August 2021.

Duration of the contract: twelve months from the date of notification, renewable three times a year for a total period not exceeding four years.
