This is a contract award notice for the supply and delivery of drinks and vending products to Shropshire Council schools and Community Services’ establishments.

Deliveries are to be made daily or as required by individual establishments.

The contract is divided into two main delivery areas. Delivery areas are described as Lot 1 and Lot 2. Applicants can tender for either or both lots.

Lot 1 will be for the delivery of goods to 3 establishments in the North Wales area.

Lot 2 will be for the delivery of goods to 14 establishments in the West Midlands, Worcestershire, and Shropshire.

The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years commencing on the Monday the 15th of July 2024 with the option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years.

Other geographical areas and establishments may be added to this arrangement should new business be obtained by Shropshire Council (the Council). Additionally, if business and establishments are lost, the geographical area and list of establishment list may reduce.
