This framework agreement concerns the use of a service for the provision of temporary staff on a back-to-work basis. The services may be provided throughout the Community. However, the vast majority of them will be carried out on the territory of the City of Niort. The provision of staff is intended to replace absent staff and/or to provide additional staff during events or one-off missions

contract reserved for structures for integration through economic activity and equivalent structures (Article L2113-13 of the French Public Procurement Code). The Framework Agreement is multi-awardee. The number of incumbents is set at 3, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and offers. The contract will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders (articles R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code). This Framework Agreement does not provide for a minimum amount. It sets a maximum amount for each member of the group for the duration of the contract.- €8,000 excluding tax for the Centre Communal d'Action Sociale (CCAS)- €120,000 excluding tax for the Communauté d'agglomération du Niortais (Can)- €210,000 excluding tax for the City of Niort (Vdn)
