The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste:
A) from the owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of Laskowa from the following villages: Jaworzna, Kamionka Mała, Kobyłczyna, Krosna, Laskowa, Sechna, Strzeszyce, Ujanowice, Żmiąca in the Municipality of Laskowa.
B) from the Municipal Waste Selective Collective Point in Ujanowice at the Wastewater Treatment Plant 193/5 in Ujanowice.
The subject of the contract includes the collection of municipal waste collected in a selective way as well as mixed waste and their management

The subject of the contract shall include the collection of municipal waste collected in a selective and mixed manner and its development.
Types of municipal waste received:
A) from property owners residing from the territory of Laskowa Municipality:
- unsegregated municipal waste,
- waste from paper, cardboard, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard,
- glass waste, packaging waste from glass,
- metal waste, packaging waste from metals,
- plastic waste, plastic packaging waste, multi-plant packaging waste,
- biodegradable waste, green,
- expired medications,
B) from the Municipal Waste Selective Collective Point hereinafter referred to as PSZOK at the Wastewater Treatment Plant 193/5 in Ujanowice:
1) paper, paperboard, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard,
2) metals, plastics, multi-plant packaging, metal packaging waste and plastic packaging waste,
3) glass, packaging waste of glass,
4) biowaste,
5) furniture and other large-sized waste,
6) construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste,
7) consumed electrical and electronic equipment,
8) hazardous waste,
9) chemicals,
10) worn tyres,
11) expired drugs,
12) spent batteries and batteries,
13) waste of textiles and clothing,
14) waste ineligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood substances, in particular needles and syringes.
