The assignment divided into two core components, namely:
Core part 1;
Preventive and corrective sewage maintenance, where the scope of the sewage system work has been split into three different sewer systems.
- Sewer age underground stations
- Sewer age above ground stations and stops
- Underground wastewater
The contractor should preventively clean all lying sewer lines at least 3 times a year.
The contractor should carry out preventive maintenance at least 4 times a year for grease separator.
Core Part 2:
The preventive and corrective roof maintenance and divided into two different activities.
- Cleaning the roof surfaces.
- Cleaning the gutters, roof drains and rainwater drains.
The contractor should preventively clean all gutters, roof drains and rainwater drains once a year.
