As part of its heart of town revitalization process, the city Tournus wants to lead an urban renewal program. It aims to requalify a number of public spaces that no longer meet the expectations of both locals and visitors, and which do not give a dynamic and attractive image of the city. Among these areas, two sectors have been identified as priorities in an operation supported by the Burgundy-Franche-Comté region and its heart of town: Place Carnot and the area of the esplanade de Germersheim/Place du Palais de Justice.

The city of Tournus has a projected work budget of approximately EUR 1 420 000 excluding VAT for the development of the two spaces excluding additional elements specified in this WFD and which will be subject to a review of the envelope allocated to the works (review clause provided for in the consultation regulation).
