The subject of the contract is the delivery, assembly, commissioning and development of design documentation for the comprehensive implementation of the investment task entitled "Construction of renewable energy sources in the Sławno Commune". The task consists in designing and implementing the delivery, assembly and commissioning of 257 pieces of photovoltaic installations with technical parameters indicated in the Functional and Utility Program constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ [PFU]. The designed, delivered and installed installations will produce electricity for the own needs of residential buildings.

The subject of the contract is the delivery, assembly, commissioning and development of design documentation for the comprehensive implementation of the investment task entitled "Construction of renewable energy sources in the Sławno Commune". The task consists in designing and implementing the delivery, assembly and commissioning of 257 pieces of photovoltaic installations with technical parameters indicated in the Functional and Utility Program constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ [hereinafter PFU]. The designed, delivered and installed installations will produce electricity for the own needs of residential buildings. The contract includes, among others: 1) development of documentation based on PFU for each facility separation: a) construction design [if required], b) executive design, c) as-built design, d) other technical documentation [in accordance with the requirements of the construction law and executive regulations, applicable Polish and European Standards, principles of technical knowledge and preceded by consultations and arrangements with the Ordering Party, along with the development of a safety and health protection plan (if applicable)], 2) obtaining all arrangements, opinions and decisions required by Polish law necessary for the design, construction, commissioning and commissioning of the facility, 3) fulfillment, on behalf of the Employer, of all legal requirements authorizing the commencement of works, in accordance with the relevant legal provisions in force on the date of individual legal actions, 4) development of a detailed schedule for the implementation of the subject of the contract, 5) execution delivery of the subject of the contract together with assembly based on the design documentation developed and approved by the Ordering Party, 6) commissioning of the installation, 7) conducting training for all users of the assembled installations in the field of their use and preparing and submitting in paper version the operating and operating instructions, 8) preparing the necessary as-built documentation, 9) preparing and handing over to the local energy company applications for the installation of bidirectional electricity meters, 10) bringing the area to its original condition after the completion of works, 11) performing service inspections during the warranty period, 12) if necessary, exercising author's supervision throughout the entire duration of the investment.
