The subject of the contract is a service consisting in collecting municipal waste from owners of inhabited, uninhabited and mixed real estate from the area of Sector I, including the municipalities: Godkowo, Miłakowo, Małdyty, Morąg, Zalewo. By providing the service, the Contractor shall successively, continuously collect municipal waste from owners of inhabited, uninhabited and mixed real estate from containers or bags for municipal waste, with the capacity and colors specified in the applicable Regulations, with the frequency and in the manner resulting from the Regulations and the Detailed Resolution, transport the collected waste and transfer it to the Installation and provide other services described in the Agreement and OPZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as: OPZ) is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ and the Agreement in Annex 12.

V. General description of the subject of the contract.

1. The public contract concerns the collection of municipal waste from owners of inhabited, unoccupied and mixed properties. By providing the service, the Contractor shall successively, continuously collect municipal waste from owners of inhabited, uninhabited and mixed real estate from containers or bags for municipal waste, with the capacity and colors specified in the OPZ, the applicable Regulations, with the frequency and in the manner resulting from the OPZ, the Regulations and the Detailed Resolution, transport the collected waste and transfer it to the Installation and provide other services described in the Agreement and OPZ.
