Equivalent solutions to the subject of the contract offered: The Contractor who invokes the use of equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution he offers fulfils the requirements set out by the Contracting Authority in the description of the subject of the contract. In connection with the recalling of Polish standards in the description of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party shall allow equivalent products having physicochemical characteristics with a higher or lower percentage of their content in the product by a maximum value of +/- 1%, provided that they provide better quality of the product and safety of its consumption. In the event of the Contractor invoking equivalent solutions, he shall be obliged to attach together with the offer: a list of products with equivalent solutions used; a description of equivalent solutions. A Contractor who does not offer equivalence has no obligation to submit descriptions and materials as above. The Contractor's failure to submit the documents indicated above, i.e. confirming that the contract subject offered meets the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority will be unambiguous with the offer of the object of the contract specified by the Contracting Authority.

“The Contracting Authority shall request the Contractors submitting an offer to submit a defect before the expiry of the deadline for the submission of tenders of PLN 19.000,00. The Contractor is obliged to bring a defect for the entire period of connection with the offer.

Ordering Party does not provide:

(1) the submission of the variant tenders referred to in Article 92 (1) of the Law p.z.p.;

2) the application of the requirements (for the employment of persons performing tasks under the concluded public procurement contract) referred to in Articles 95 and 96 (2) (2) of the Act, p.z.p.;

3) apply for the contract only to the Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the act p.z.p.

4) the possibility of submitting tenders in the form of electronic catalogues or the attachment of electronic catalogues to tenders;

5. the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) and (8) of the Law, p.z.p.;

6) the conclusion of a framework agreement;

7. Local vision or checking by the Contractors of the documents necessary for the execution of the contract referred to 131 (2);

8) the obligation of personal performance by the Contractor of key tasks;

9) The Contracting Authority does not provide for an electronic auction;

10) The Contracting Authority does not provide for reimbursement of the costs

11) the application of the reverse evaluation order referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Law Pzp.

- Documents submitted by all Contractors until the expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders:

1) the offer form (prices offered) together with the general part;

2) a statement of ONE - current as of the date of submission of tenders;

3) the statement from which the deliveries (part and operations) will be made by individual Contractors — Article 117 (4) of the PZP Act — applies only to Contractors jointly applying for the contract;

4) the commitment of the entities providing resources, where applicable;

5. Evidence measures in question, as far as applicable;

6) power of attorney to act others/people on behalf of the Contractor in the original or notarized copy of the power of attorney, if applicable.
