The object of the order is to receive, transport and use of municipal waste from property owners residing in the area of the Municipality Ancestral, receive waste collected at the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste and waste from the Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant in Ancestors between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022.

The object of the order is to receive, transport and use of municipal waste from property owners residing in the area of the Municipality Ancestral, receive waste collected at the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste and waste from the Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant in Ancestors between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022.

1. A detailed description of the object of the contract is Annex 2 to the SWZ.

2) The Contractor is obliged to fulfil the order under the terms and conditions set out in the description of the object of the contract annexed to this SWZ. The performance of the object of the order must be in accordance with the attached documents, the applicable provisions of the law.

3) The Contractor is obliged to proceed with the performance of the service within the time limits specified by the Contracting Authority.

4) The Contractor is obliged to familiarize himself with the route of receiving municipal waste at his own right and at his own expense.

5) The Contractor is obliged to equip the operators of the equipment with mobile phones.

6) All vehicles intended for the execution of the order should be permanently and legibly marked (company name, address details and telephone numbers), should be registered, allowed to move, have current technical examinations and certificates of entry to traffic.
