The contract aims to support the implementation of the POLLEC program.

Support focuses on the phases of development, updating, monitoring and implementation of Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plans (SECAP). It aims to organize thematic workshops for municipal and supercommunal POLLEC coordinators engaged in the 2020 and 2021 POLLEC campaigns.

The successful tenderer is asked to design and organize workshop cycles for the purpose of:

• Training of POLLEC coordinators subsidized under the POLLEC 2020 call (142 municipalities, 87 in phase 1-development/updating of the SECAP and 55 in phase 2-implementation of the SECAP);

• Training of the POLLEC coordinators subsidized under the POLLEC 2021 call (30 municipalities, 15 of which are in phase 1-development/update of the SECAP and 15 in phase 2-implementation of the SECAP);

• Facilitation support for meetings organised between supracommunal coordinators and the contracting authority.

• The organization of an annual closing cycle.

• Monitoring and evaluation of these workshops.
