South Lakeland District Council is seeking an experienced operator to manage Braithwaite Fold Caravan Site, Bowness On Windermere on the Council’s behalf.

All expressions of interest, clarification questions and submission must be made via the Chest (www.the-chest.org.uk) before the submission deadline. Submission Deadline is 1 p.m. on 15.11.2019.

South Lakeland District Council is tendering for a 10 year management agreement with option of 10 year extension (total of 20 years) for the management of Braithwaite Fold Caravan Site in Bowness-on-Windermere. The aim of this management agreement is to ensure the site operates at its maximum potential, to ensure high occupancy levels, and to provide a high quality of service which meets all statutory regulations in line with the management and running of a caravan site/park.
