Description:
Digitalization of maintenance at FGV.

The contract will be based on specifying the services necessary to implement a digital model that allows FGV's maintenance areas to start the digital transformation. The works will consist of: Analysis and reengineering of FGV's business processes accompanied by a correct parameterization and master data ingestion. Starting from the current SAP PM, it will be necessary to lay a good foundation to achieve excellence in maintenance, improving operations, customer service, maintenance costs and the safety of technicians and collaborators. Development of easy and intuitive applications that allow the mobilization of processes. Establish the bases to advance on the route towards the forecast of breakdowns before they die. FGV is aware that, currently, it is not possible to establish a maintenance model based on the exact condition of each piece of equipment, but within the scope of the project the necessary activities must be included to establish a solid base on which to advance predictive maintenance. The aim is to implement a corporate solution for the management of FGV's maintenance processes. The work team of the successful bidder will have to guarantee the implementation of the project, bearing in mind the following objectives: Guarantee a quality solution that meets the expectations of the different areas involved. Propose a solution that facilitates the management of end users and that does not increase their daily workload. Provide an integrated solution that allows preventive and corrective maintenance work to be carried out digitally from mobile devices. Prepare the current SAP system to be able to work with the new digital model. It will include integration with the purchasing and materials modules, as well as the interoperability that is necessary in the rest of the modules. Training and Change Management of the FGV personnel involved. Interconnection and updating of the FGV document manager. Support, assistance and comprehensive maintenance of the service and all its components in production throughout the term of the contract, as well as technical assistance for the evolution of the service.
