The Contractor shall perform the material scope of the Contract, broken down into tasks:

a) task No. 1 "Reconstruction of combined combined sewage system and construction of distributive sanitary and rainwater sewage systems in Nowowiejskiego, Chopina, Młynarza, Schmidt, Moniuszki, Szymanowski, Paderewski and Turowski streets together with liquidation of combined sewage wells";

b) task No. 2 "Reconstruction of the existing water supply network together with the replacement of water connections and sanitary sewage connections in the streets: Nowowiejskiego, Chopina, Moniuszki, Schmidt, Turowskiego and Paderewskiego";

c) task No. 3 "Reconstruction of streets: Nowowiejskiego, Młynarza, Turowskiego, Schmidt along with the construction of additional rain wells in streets: Nowowiejskiego, Turowskiego."

Construction works will be carried out in accordance with the contractual conditions for construction for civil engineering works designed by the contracting authority - 4th English-Polish edition unchanged 2008 - translation of the first edition of FIDIC 1999 (the so-called red FIDIC).

1) The contractor will perform the material scope of the contract, broken down into tasks (the amounts indicated are estimates):

a) task No. 1 "Reconstruction of combined combined sewage system and construction of distributive sanitary and rainwater sewage systems in Nowowiejskiego, Chopina, Młynarza, Schmidt, Moniuszki, Szymanowski, Paderewski and Turowski streets together with liquidation of combined sewage wells":

- installation of PVC sanitary sewage network with diam. 315 mm, with a length of about 1 221 m by excavation method with wells as well as temporary and accompanying works,

- installation of PVC sanitary sewage network with diam. 400 mm, with a length of approx. 354 m by excavation method with wells as well as temporary and accompanying works,

- installation of PVC storm water drainage system 315 mm, with a length of approx. 1 227 m by excavation method with wells as well as temporary and accompanying works,

- installation of PVC storm water drainage system 400 mm, with a length of approx. 356 m by excavation method with wells as well as temporary and accompanying works,

- dismantling of existing wells including decommissioning of the existing combined combined canal with temporary and accompanying works,

- note: Ø 1500 mm wells should be built on a 400 mm diameter channel, while Ø 1000 mm wells should be built on a 315 mm diameter channel.

b) Task No. 2 "Reconstruction of the existing water supply network together with the replacement of water connections and sanitary sewage connections in the streets: Nowowiejskiego, Chopina, Moniuszki, Schmidt, Turowskiego and Paderewskiego":

- PE water supply system assembly on average 160 mm, with a length of approx. 369 m by excavation method with armament and fittings as well as temporary and accompanying works,

- PE water supply system assembly on average 110 mm, with a length of approx. 1 080 m by excavation method with armament and fittings as well as temporary and accompanying works,

- installation of PE water connections with diam. 40 mm, with a length of approx. 407 m by excavation method with armament and fittings as well as temporary and accompanying works,

- installation of PVC sewage connections with diam. 160 mm, with a length of approx. 676 m by excavation method with wells as well as temporary and accompanying works,

- installation of PVC sewer connections with a diameter of 250 mm, with a length of about 44 m by excavation method with wells and temporary and accompanying works,

- demolition of road surfaces,

- disassembly of water supply connections, hydrants, gate valves with shutting down the existing water supply system together with temporary and accompanying works.

c) Task No. 3 "Reconstruction of streets: Nowowiejskiego, Młynarza, Turowskiego, Schmidt along with the construction of additional rain wells in streets: Nowowiejskiego, Turowskiego":

- installation of PVC storm water drainage system 200 mm, with a length of approx. 306 m by excavation method with wells as well as temporary and accompanying works,

- installation of storm water drainage system on avg. 250 mm, with a length of approx. 44 m by excavation method with wells as well as temporary and accompanying works,

- execution of road surfaces together with curbs and street sewage in accordance with the design documentation, including decisions of road managers - restoration of road surfaces covered by task No. 3 in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 IDW, point 1c.
