The purpose of this contract is to entrust the designated operator of the lot with the operation of the heating and domestic hot water systems with major maintenance in the SCDI La Caennaise heritage substations in Caen and Saint-Germain-des-Monts. la-Blanche-Herbe.

The operation of the facilities can be broken down into:

- market type PFI and PF (P2 and P3),

- MTI, CPI and CP market (P1, P2 and P3),

- distribution of heating and domestic hot water (excluding buried network).

Additional services:

- Conduct and control of heating and DHW installations,

- maintenance of energy production systems where appropriate,

- maintenance of energy distribution systems (excluding underground networks),

- Supply and installation of small supplies (burner parts, seals, glands, filters, etc.),

- a legionelle audit,

- an analysis of heating water,

- regulatory controls between 0 and 400 kW and between 400 kW and 20 mW.
