The subject of the procedure and the order is to determine the Contractor of construction works in the field of construction of a sanitary sewerage network of 26,684.5 m in the territory of the gmina Świątniki Górne. The task is financed under Action 2.3 “Water and wastewater management in agglomerations” priority axis II “Environmental protection, including adaptation to climate change” Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020.

The object of the order is the execution of construction works under the name “Ordering wastewater management — construction of sanitary sewerage system together with pumping stations for the Municipality of Świątniki Górne — Task III”, described in detail:

1. Design documentation — Annex 9 to SWZ;

2) Technical Specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works (STWiOR) — Annex 6 to SWZ.

The scope of works included in the subject of the contract, includes the construction of 26,684.5 m (in words: twenty-six thousand six hundred and eighty-four meters and fifty centimeters) of sanitary sewage system in the gravity and pressure system, the construction of nine mains wastewater pumping stations and two backyard pumping stations along with energy supply, recreating roads.

Within the scope of the subject of the order, the following tasks have been separated:

1) rump. 8A — the southern part of the village of Ochojno;

2) rump. 8B is the northern part of Świątniki Górne, southern part of Wrząsowice, north-western part of Rzeszotary.
