The objective of the municipality of Zwolle is to be able to use capacity of the required level quickly and easily and to give young people the opportunity to gain work experience.

The contracting authority for this tender is the municipality of Zwolle.

The most important reason for organizing this tender is the use of Breinstein's services from 2016 as a pilot and the barely changing need for hiring trainees information management. The financial volume is expected to remain fairly stable in the coming years and because this volume is higher than the threshold value for a European tender, a European tender is being carried out.

The estimate for 2019 is EUR 400,000 (excl. VAT)
