For the town hall of the municipality of Nordkirchen, which was last rebuilt 35 years ago and is centrally located in the town centre, there is a considerable need for renovation and modernisation as well as a need for further office space. After initially favouring the outsourcing of individual departments to a rented building, the possibility of changes to the floor plan and the expansion of the previously unused attic of the town hall was examined as part of a feasibility study. On this basis, the office commissioned with the implementation of a corresponding solution has provided the property planning services in the building performance profile up to and including service phase 3. A conversion of the building is planned with the aim of a technical revision, a high energy standard, new room functions, further office installations in the attic and the creation of a modern appearance of this service center with contemporary working conditions for the employees. This planning status has been decided by the council of the municipality of Nordkirchen as a basis for all further detailed planning. The provision of further planning services from service phase 4 onwards in the object planning building service profile is therefore the subject of this tender.
The subject matter of the contract are services of object planning for the performance profile of buildings for the project described in more detail in Section II.1.4). Work phases 4 to 9 are to be awarded, with a step-by-step assignment planned.
