Construction of a childrens' nursery with lunches in the Prinzregentenstraße in Rosenheim - Services of the object planning building acc. § 34 HOAI, work phases 1-9

The builder may plan the construction of two identical nursery schools. A KiTa building is to be realized at short notice in the Prinzregentenstraße in Rosenheim. Optionally, a second building in Westerndorf (at primary school) is to be tackled after completion of the KiTa at the Prinzregentenschule. The planning and construction work is carried out with very similar requirements, but at different times.

The city of Rosenheim is planning to build a new childcare center including lunch at the Prinzregentenstraße in Rosenheim. On the opposing sports field at the Prinzregentenschule, a two-storey new building without basement is to be built, which will house the day-care center for the school as well as the St. Vinzenz day nursery. Overall, the hoard can accommodate 75 children, who are housed in 3 Hortgruppen. For the realization of the project the existing tartan track and jump pit have to be moved.

The sports field is located in the area of a development plan, which sets common school and school sports areas provides. In the course of the preliminary planning, it must therefore be examined whether an exemption can be issued under building law, or if the development plan is to be changed.
