SW9 Community Housing has tendered for a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to provide a Responsive Repairs and Void Refurbishment service to their stock on the Stockwell Park Estate and surrounding street properties. SW9 manage approx 1 500 properties on the estate on behalf of the landlord and their parent company Network Homes.
The contract will initially be for 3 years commencing in April 2019 with the option to extend by 2 years, then a further 2 years. As such the maximum contract length will be for 7 years.
The estimated contract value will be 370 000 00 GBP — 430 000,00 GBP per annum. Based on the maximum contract term the maximum contract value will be 3 010 000,00 GBP.
A partnering approach is a key requirement for both parties, SW9 require the successful contractor to co-locate on the estate to develop a close working relationship with both management and the operatives who will be delivering the service.
This is a contract to provide responsive repairs, void refurbishment and cyclical decorations works to properties managed by SW9 Community Housing.
