Comprehensive maintenance of rivers in the area of NW Kęty - 6 parts

The subject of the contract is the execution of maintenance works of the bed of the Macocha Łęka stream in km 1+800 – 11+100 consisting in manual mowing of slopes with raking, local manual cutting of bushes with fragmentation and removal of logs and cleaning of the area from the remains of felling, local removal of congestion from the bottom of the trough along with cutting of overhangs to ensure the proper flow of water. The planned partial project (km 1+800 – 8+100) is located in the areas of forms of nature protection referred to in Article 6(1)(1)-(5) and (7-9) of the Nature Conservation Act, i.e. in the Natura 2000 area Of the Lower Soła Valley. All works will be carried out from the shore and pollution generated during the work, including residues from felling and from the clearing of the stream, should be managed on their own in accordance with applicable regulations.

The subject of the contract is the execution of maintenance works of the stream bed of the Bielany Relief Canal in km 0+250 – 2+050 consisting in manual mowing of slopes with raking, local manual cutting of bushes with fragmentation and removal of logs and cleaning of the area from residues after felling, local removal of rooting plants, local removal of overhangs in the bottom of the stream and cutting of overhangs to ensure proper flow of water. The planned project is located in the area of forms of nature protection referred to in Article 6(1)(1)-(5) and (7-9) of the Nature Conservation Act, i.e. in the Natura 2000 area Of the Lower Soła Valley. All works will be carried out from the shore and pollution generated during the work, including residues from felling, should be managed on their own in accordance with applicable regulations.

The planned project is located outside the areas of forms of nature protection referred to in Article 6(1)(1)-(5) and (7-9) of the Nature Conservation Act. All works will be carried out from the shore and pollution generated during the work, including residues from felling and from the clearing of the stream, should be managed on their own in accordance with applicable regulations.

The subject of the contract is the execution of maintenance works of the stream bed of the Canal Relief Nowa Wieś in km 0+500 – 3+200, consisting in manual mowing of slopes with raking, local manual cutting of bushes with fragmentation and removal of logs and cleaning of the area from the remains of felling, local removal of rooting plants, local removal of overfilling in the bottom of the stream and cutting of overhangs, in order to ensure the proper flow of water. The planned project is partially located (in km 0+500 – 1+260) in the areas of forms of nature protection referred to in Article 6(1)(1)-(5) and (7-9) of the Nature Conservation Act, i.e. in the Natura 2000 area Of the Lower Soła Valley. All works will be carried out from the shore and pollution generated during the work, including residues from felling and from the clearing of the stream, should be managed on their own in accordance with applicable regulations.

The subject of the contract is the execution of maintenance works of the Słonica stream bed, consisting in cutting down trees with a power saw, mechanical grubbing up of trunks, cleaning the creek bed from municipal waste (tires, concrete and steel elements, construction rubble, PVC plastics) with export. In addition, the scope of work includes the removal of blockages, spills and shunts to ensure the proper flow of water and the construction of gaps with a stone bedspread along with the necessary earthworks. The planned project is located outside the areas of forms of nature protection referred to in Article 6(1)(1)-(5) and (7-9) of the Nature Conservation Act. Contaminants generated during the work, including waste removed from the trough, should be managed on their own in accordance with applicable regulations.
