The subject of the contract is comprehensive service of the Ordering Party in the field of booking and purchase of accommodation services in the country and abroad as well as booking and purchase of air, railway and coach tickets. The order was divided into 2 lots:

- part 1 of the order – comprehensive service of the Ordering Party in the field of booking and purchasing hotel services, hostels, other accommodation in the country and abroad, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party;

- part 2 of the order - comprehensive service of the Ordering Party in the field of booking and purchasing air, rail and coach tickets depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annexes 1a and 1b to the SWZ.

1.The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service of the Ordering Party in the field of booking and purchase of hotel, hostel, other accommodation in the country and abroad depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.Detailed OPZ is included in Annex 1a to the SWZ.

2. Estimated demand for accommodation services:

Foreign hotels: mainly the United States, Israel, Norway, the Netherlands, Germany, other European countries – quantity: approx. 70 nights.

Hotels, hostels and other domestic accommodations: mainly Warsaw, other cities Polish - 1000 nights.

The above places and quantities of accommodation are estimates and are subject to change, and the Contractor is not entitled to any claims in this respect.

The contracting authority expects to meet at least 30% of the above-mentioned estimated needs in total.

3.The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the contract be carried out in accordance with the requirements contained in the SWZ for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from 21.08.2023. or until the amount allocated for financing the contract is exhausted, whichever occurs first.

4.The contracting authority requires a bid bond. The Contractor is obliged to pay a deposit in the amount of: PLN 12,000.00.

5.Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ persons on the basis of an employment contract to perform the activities indicated by the Contracting Authority in the scope of contract performance specified in detail in point 8 Chapter II of the SWZ.

6. This contract is co-financed under the project entitled "Jewish Cultural Heritage"

1. The subject of the contract is comprehensive service of the Ordering Party in the field of booking and purchasing air tickets (domestic and foreign), rail (domestic and foreign) and coach (domestic) tickets, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.

2. Implementation period - 12 months from the date of signing the contract.

3. The contracting authority requires a bid bond. The Contractor is obliged to pay a deposit in the amount of: PLN 10,000.00.

4.Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ persons on the basis of an employment contract to perform the activities indicated by the Contracting Authority in the scope of contract performance specified in detail in point 8 Chapter II of the SWZ.

5. This contract is co-financed under the project entitled "Jewish Cultural Heritage"
