The scope of this tender oversees the supply and provision of services for approximately 200 multifunctionals and 50 workgroup printers (table printers) (following these also fall under the heading multifunctionals). Per multifunctional, it consists of at least:

• The delivery and ready-to-use delivery of the multifunctional:

o Minimal functionalities;

o Agreed optional functionalities;

• Print:

o Black/white A4;

o Color A4;

o Black/white A3*;

o Colour A3*.

• Supply consumables;

• Maintenance and repair of malfunctions.

*For workgroup printers, A3 format printing does not apply.

The purpose of the Contracting Authority is to select and contract one (1) Tenderer for the supply/services of multifunctionals over an initial period of four (4) years. Contracting authority has a one-sided, optional renewal option of two (2) times one (1) year.
