The Artland community intends to build a new two-field sports hall with an adjoining additional gymnastics hall. The currently existing sports halls will be dismantled after the new building has been completed. The measure is divided into two construction phases. In the 1st phase, the 2-field sports hall with a total of 6 changing rooms including showers will be built. The grandstand area (max. 199 seats) with toilet rooms and a tea kitchen is located on the upper floor. An additional gymnastics hall as well as the entrance area, which connects both parts of the building, will be added to the 2nd building phase. Planned construction time for both construction phases: approx. 18 months. A suitable engineering office is now being sought for the planning services for the framework and building physics (thermal insulation and energy balance as well as building acoustics / sound insulation).

The architectural services have already been awarded to an architectural office according to a VgV procedure with an embedded competition.

The provision of services must begin immediately after the order has been placed (around the end of October / beginning of November).

- Non-binding cost framework for KG 300 approx. 2,805,000 EUR net and KG 400 approx. 850,000 EUR net.
