The subject of the contract is the sale in 2024, to end users of the XII Energy Purchasing Group of the Association of Municipalities of Opole Silesia, electricity, within the meaning and on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law

The scope of the contract includes the sale of electricity to 312 end users in the period not longer than from January 1 to December 31, 2024, in an amount consistent with actual demand. The total number of energy consumption points is 4 956, while the total forecast demand for electricity for all PPE covered by the contract is approx. 53 GWh, with a total contractual capacity of approx. 53 MW.
