The subject of the contract is: "Retrofitting and modernization of ICT infrastructure in the Małopolska Teacher Training Center - stage II". A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is included in Appendix No. 2 to SWZ. After the conclusion of the contract (the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement constitute Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ), it will constitute an annex to the contract. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders.

The offered equipment will be new, unused and not previously delivered in other projects. The equipment delivered as part of the contract will have a warranty provided directly by the equipment manufacturer. The exception to this is the type 1 physical server, where a warranty provided by the manufacturer's official Partner is allowed.

The order was divided into 2 stages: Stage 1 is the delivery of components, Stage 2 is the configuration and implementation of the system.

The service of configuration of the supplied devices will include m.in.

• protokoły VLAN, Trunk, STP, RSTP, MSTP, LACP, adresację IP, konfigurację DNS, routingu,

• login banner, NTP service, SSH, built-in RBAC mechanisms and user accounts,

• automatic backup from switches after each configuration save to the indicated FTP server,

• sending syslog events to the indicated Syslog server,

• security mechanisms: Port Security, IP DHCP Snooping, IP Source Guard and Dynamic ARP Inspection or fully equivalent,

• integration of access points with the wireless network controller and creation of all necessary wireless networks with appropriate support for authentication and VLAN,

• hardening of network devices according to the manufacturer's best practices,

• personalization of settings to the presented requirements,

• integration of devices with Cisco Systems devices present in the infrastructure,

The New Service Cluster Configuration service will include m.in:

• basic configuration of the resolver service on all new servers and changing the configuration of existing DNS servers,

• installing the supplied Red Hat Virtualization system on the supplied physical server and expanding the virtualization cluster on the basis of which the services operate),

• integration of the subscription of the supplied Red Hat Enterprise Linux for Virtual Datacenter with the virtualization system and activation of any delivered subscriptions,

• reconfiguration of the Storware vProtect backup system according to the Requirements of the Ordering Party,

• storage configuration according to the Requirements of the Ordering Party,

• expansion of the Ordering Party's current servers with disk memory and RAM provided as part of this project,

• configuration of the supplied UPS backup system,

• assembly of supplied devices,

• preparation of documentation in Polish, containing current information about the system after the introduced changes, its construction and instructions for the most common administrative tasks, including procedures for safe disabling and enabling the platform for virtualization, arrangement of collected logs and audit data, searching the collected syslog information and audit data, the process of updating the base system, the basics of container management, tables of used IP addresses and names and the databases used.

Installation of access points on ceilings delivered as part of the order in designated places in the Ordering Party's location (mainly in the location of the Centre in Tarnów, 30-300 Tarnów, Nowy Świat 30 Street, and the headquarters of the Małopolska Teacher Training Centre, 30-003 Kraków, Lubelska 23 Street) together with the wiring and troughs to them.
