The subject of the contract is the provision of security services for persons and property at the facilities of CEZ Skawina S.A. in the years 2023 – 2026.

In order to protect confidential information contained in the Terms of Reference, constituting the business secret of the Contracting Entity, the Contracting Authority shall establish the following measures in the Proceedings aimed at protecting the confidential nature of the information:

In order to gain access to PARTS II and III of the Terms of Reference, it is necessary to submit a confidentiality statement with a qualified electronic signature in accordance with the template set out in Annex 8 – Model 4 by 31.07.2023, at 12:00. A signed statement by persons authorized to represent the Contractor (resulting from the KRS register or the authorization granted by these persons in a separate power of attorney) should be submitted via the Procurement Platform.

After positive verification of the validity of the statement, access to the documentation will be granted in the reply.
