"Supply of electricity for the Rzeczenice Purchasing Group in the period from 01.11.2023 to 31.12.2025"

1. The subject of these proceedings is the supply of electricity to facilities (energy consumption points, hereinafter also PPE) listed in Annex 1A, 1B, 1C to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract, divided into parts of the contract: 1.1. Part I of the contract: supply of electricity for 2023, in the amount of 1 580 014 kWh, to the PPE listed in Annex 1A to the SWZ, 1.2. Part II of the contract: supply of electricity for 2024, in the amount of 9 562 968 kWh, to the PPE given in Annex 1B to the SWZ, 1.3. Part III of the contract: supply of electricity for 2025, in the amount of 9 562 968 kWh, to the PPE given in Annex 1C to the SWZ.

Electricity supply for 2023

1. The subject matter of these proceedings is the supply of electricity to facilities (energy consumption points, hereinafter also PPE) in the amount of 1 580 014 kWh, to the PPE listed in Annex 1A to the SWZ, 2. The electricity demand specified in paragraph 4.1. points 4.1.1-4.1.3 of the SWZ is a basic order. In the course of the contract, the ordering party reserves the right to reduce or increase the value of the order to the extent of +/- 15% in relation to the basic amount of electricity for the purchase of energy. The increase in the value of the contract will take place on the basis of the right of option. Detailed information is included in the draft contract (Annex 2A to SWZ – Part I of the contract). 3. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in Annex 1A to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997. Other conditions regarding the execution of the contract are set out in the Draft provisions of the electricity sale agreement – Annex 2A to the SWZ. 4. The requirements (obligations) for the contractor are described in the draft provisions of the sales contract constituting Annex 2A to the SWZ. Performing activities resulting from the power of attorney constituting Annex 2 to the Electricity Sales Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the Agreement. The contracting authority shall grant the contractor selected in the proceedings a power of attorney. 5. Existing electricity sales agreements with existing electricity sellers for PPE included in Annex 1A SWZ are concluded for a definite and indefinite period, and the exact description for each of the PPE can be found in the column called "Duration of the current contract / notice period" of the above-mentioned attachments.
