The project comprises the alteration and fit out of former shop units to deliver new Primary Care Community Health facilities as part of a wider redevelopment programme in Newhaven town centre.The existing buildings comprise a former Co-op supermarket, cojoined to the Wave Leisure Centre on a split level site and an adjacent two storey shop unit. The buildings are in the ownership of Lewes District Council and Eastbourne Borough Council who are the project Employer.
