Under the Youth Act, municipalities are obliged to provide youth assistance to eligible residents. That is why the municipalities are looking for parties for a safe, effective, efficient and client-oriented delivery of youth care to young people and/or parent(s). The municipalities strive to ensure the provision of youth assistance;

In 2021, municipalities started an Open House procedure for the delivery of Youth Aid Specialist, Highly Specialized and Residential. As a result of an analysis of the covering healthcare landscape with the contracted providers, municipalities have found that this is not sufficiently covering a number of products.

The municipalities therefore open this procedure to the entry of new providers or contracted providers.
